Michigan Democratic Party

In May, 2017 Lab 736 deployed a team for a two-week intensive discovery sprint with the Michigan Dems. The team conducted interviews with key stakeholders including party staffers, contractors, consultants, staff from the State Democratic Caucus, and others with knowledge of the party infrastructure.

In July, 2017 the team returned to begin making the recommended improvements, in coordination with the party.

The lessons learned from Michigan have been shared with the new DNC Chief Technology Officer and others working on Democratic technology projects.
